Carbon dependencies and corresponding versions will be managed by the IBM.com Library starting in v1.3.0. This means applications using the IBM.com Library will only need to yarn or npm install the IBM.com Library packages, and no longer need to manually install any carbon packages. Read more about it in the READMEs:
