New Q-Municate application

• Facebook SDK was updated to version 3.0;
• QB Javascript SDK was updated to version 2.12.0;
• QB Javascript SDK was connected separately of RequireJS;

• Improved stability of a chat connection;
• Improved stability of establish a QB session and the chat connection after the Q-municate was disconnected more than 2 hours;
• Bugs were fixed when the Q-municate automatically logs out after connection loss in the Firefox;
• Fixes for change password in user's profile;
• User's name and password validation were improved;
• User's name can include any symbols;
• Max length of the user's name was increased from 50 to 200.
