Known new bugs - Background images do not display and do not reload on app launch

Redesigned applicaton including new navigation, Added analytics and crash reporting, Removed search page and added functionality to home page.

The analytics and crash reporting does not send any personable identifable information.

Analytics - Is disabled by default but captures the following when enabled:
Device name
Device language
Applauncher version'
Session length
and pages navigated throughout the applications

Crash reporting - Is disabled by default but captures the following when enabled
Where the crash occured
What kind of error occured
Affected devices
Affected OS
Stack track(Steps before crash occured)

This build should fix the certificate issue preventing installation

I also accidentally went back in version numbers it is the same build version as 1.3.2

How to install:

Make sure you EXTRACT EVERYTHING first! Then...

On Phone:
Use the Windows Device Portal to install this (There's an option to do it on your phone if you don't have a PC to help you): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/debug-test-perf/device-portal-mobile)

On PC: Add the certificate to the "trusted people store" then install the appxbundle. There are other methods too but this one is the quickest one as far as I know.

I can guarantee that you will love this release ;)

Also fixes a couple of bugs and margins.

Notes:

Also made a few changes to scrolling, added a new settings page too. Only issue is that on Mobile, if you go to the settings page and try to come back to the apps grid, the app will crash. (Your settings will still be applied though).
