This release improves support for Windows, fixing many of the common issues

Removed all customizations to the old version of winpty and upgraded to v0.4.2, this fixes many of the common issues on Windows such as:
- Prompt going out of sync when using backspace https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/7345
- Prompt going out of sync when using tab https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/17586
- Arrow keys not working on Bash on Windows https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/10163
