This build does not have AVX, because of build errors that should be resolved upstream soon. It still performs close to an AVX release though.

Thorium-Win - 3rd Release - AVX+FMA - M99.0.4765.0

This release doesn't have an installer, and Thorium doesn't include NaCl (Native Client) because this release was made by cross-building for windows on linux.
OPTIMIZATIONS: LOOP Optimizations and CFlag optimizations are now enabled properly in windows builds, and this one is for AVX and FMA capable CPUs, just like the regular Thorium releases.
