Added setting of daily location tracking schedule. Specify Start=7 and Stop=22 (only integers), then location will only be recorded between 7am and 10pm. If specify Start=20 and Stop=10, then location will only be recorded from 8pm to 10am. Helps saving some energy.
Migrated more codes to Kotlin.
