Everything in the previous release along with the new optional feature: double tap to edit selected number, for the DetachedNumberScroller.

Everything from the previous release with 2 new features for the DetachedNumberScroller.

1. Auto increment when scrolling to the ends of the scroller.
2. If scrolling fast, incrementing happens faster.

This release is almost the same as the previous one. The only change is now individual targets can take a scrollDistanceFactor parameter to their TargetBehaviour. This allows individual targets, or groups of targets to use custom drag distance factors for incrementing/decrementing the target number.

1.1.0 but updated with more flexible target behaviours for detached number scroller.
You can now specify a default target behaviour used across all targets; if not specified, the library-default will be used.
In addition, detached number scroller targets can use their own custom behaviours alongside other targets using default behaviour.

This release contains the old number scroller and the new scroller called the DetachedNumberScroller.
