fixed low res field bgs on additive blendmodes by forcing bitwise shift left at framebuffer EXT creation at start (for some reason it was forced downwards xD)

Thanks for debug information left- but guys, you know that you can just make a macro for debug? This way you will delete all debug strings
Like ## will connect the param, but if the param is ignored then it's vanishing. But anyway thanks- some additional info is always helpful

Works with FFVIII 1.0.2.0 FFVIII_JP.dll version - a japanese version of FFVIII

This release was untested as I'm unable to do it on my own- if you are Japanese user then please provide any kind of info if it does work (but it should). I might have missed something as this was all done manually. Take care!

Sorry it took so much time- we are back at demaster with more work and more... possibilities coming for it!
Well... Until they update the game again ;-; but I'm going to be prepared- researched a bit about patch comparison+upgrade and address exchange
This is 1.3.0.0 - seems like everything is working so far, however expect bugs (but maybe there won't be any!)

Field characters no more crash on out_of_bounds + tweaks to make nX scale supported correctly.
Launcher now doesn't re-add displays to list, so you won't end up with repeated values- also display Id is now grabbed from the selected option instead of combobox index

Fixed critical bug with 1.1.0 where datasegment was pointing to base offset even though it was different due to address space layout randomization.
This release also contains LOG=1 option that puts debug information into demasterlog file that would help find issues and will help artist find which texture it tries to load. Some things may be still wip- I'm preparing 1.2 with automatization and interactive config that would help non-tech users with unpacking the files and working with IO correctly.
