From this snapshot, there is a change in the release artifacts. The release will use a uber package with relocated dependencies to avoid classpath conflict and issues due to conflicts with other dependencies used in spark projects. This is released as a series of snapshots to start and then depending on usage and adoption will be used as the defacto release mechanism.

There is no breaking code change, though the dependent jar files will now have larger sizes
