Fixed bugs:
- "Add to .zip" context menu option does not work unless zip options have been used at least once...
- the same issue is seen with .7z files ... this is fixed now!

- add binaries for Intel Itanium Architecture (Windows IA64)
- add compilation of DLL files for the Total Commander (tc7z.dll and tc7z64.dll)
- update USB-Backup DLL files (they include Brotli and Lizard now)
- Codecs.7z contains also an 7z.dll for each architecture, which has all codecs

- use the registry key "7-Zip-ZStandard" instead of "7-Zip"
- use the last CompressDialog registry settings for "Add to xyz.7z"
- Standard 7-Zip will always use LZMA2 Level 5
- my version used in earlier versions: ZStandard Level 3
- the FileManager ListBox will show more information about these codecs now:
- LZHAM, LZ4, LZ5
- ZStandard was already in
