System requirements

What's new

• Various bug-fixes.
• Added System Settings application with system themes, desktop backgrounds, and system info dialogs.

New ports

• SDL libraries (SDL2_ttf, SDL2_net).
• PDF software (mupdf,, djvulibre).
• SDL games (uMario, DungeonRush).
• SDL applications (FeatherPad, sdlbook).
• Audio software (openal, mplayer).
• Other console applications (GnuDOS, fontopia).

Downloading

• The unzipped disk image is just over 3 GiB in size
• The attached bochsrc file can be used to run LaylaOS under Bochs (place in the same directory as the downloaded disk image!)

Running

System Requirements

• 512 MiB of RAM
• x86_64 processor
• IDE or AHCI (both should work)
• Intel HDA (not required for running the OS, but sound would not output without it)

Virtual machines

• Tested on Bochs, QEmu and VirtualBox (but the VDI image is not included in this release)

Real Hardware

• Not tested! Use at your own risk!
