incognito-link

Google Chrome extension to open a link in Incognito mode with Alt or (macOS).

Install

• Download or clone the project
• Navigate to chrome://extensions
• Drag the extension/ folder to the page

Browse in Incognito mode easily .

Usage

Windows and Linux

Click on a link pressing Alt (Shift-Alt).

macOS

Click on a link pressing (Shift-Option).

Why

I waste so much time opening the context menu and clicking on "Open Link in Incognito Window" every time.

I believe Chrome lacks this shortcut, so I developed this extension.

Dev

• Install the dev dependencies: npm install
• Drag the extension/ folder to chrome://extensions
• Reload a web page to apply changes
