directory to [Project Root]/Plugins/BocchiTracker
.
Also, copy the Plugins\UnrealEngine\ThirdParty\flatbuffers
directory to [Project Root]/Source/ThirdParty/flatbuffers
.

Open Plugins/Unity/project
on Unity
Export: [ToolBar] -> [BochiTracker] -> [Export Package]
