Trello Clone

Trello clone is a project to micmick how trello works for project management. It helps individuals manage their projects and by creating columns, creating cards, moving cards along columns. Editing data on cards and subsequently deleting the cards. The trello clone will also be a progressive web app. view project here: trello-clone | Project 1

Suggested Features to be Implemented

• Users can signup on the application
• Users can login on the application
• Users can add a column in the trello-clone
• Users can add cards in a column of a trello clone
• Users can edit a card in a trello clone
• Users can delete a card in a trello clone
• A card can be moved across columns on the trello clone
• A user can log out of a board

Others that may be added include:

users can be send invite to others to join the board.

Proposed Technologies Used

• Reactjs- A JavaScript platform and framework for building simple apps to optimizing complex enterprise apps.

• Jest- A JavaScript test framework setup to run unit and integration test for project.

Installation

You need to have node and npm installed on your computer

Clone

Clone this repo using git clone [email protected]/jakazzy/Trello-clone.git

Setup

Installing the project's dependencies: run the command below:

$ yarn install create a .nvmrc file with Node -V 10.13.0

To start the server, run the command below

$ yarn start

Runs the app in the development mode. Open http://localhost:3000 to view it in the browser.

$ yarn test Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.

$ yarn build

Builds the app for production to the build folder. It correctly bundles React in production mode and optimizes the build for the best performance.

The build is minified and the filenames include the hashes. Your app is ready to be deployed!
