uptimes.el

Modified the saving code so that it only saves if the Emacs session is an interactive session. The previous change I made to aid with #8 didn't quite handle things, I think this is needed too.

Modified so that the uptimes aren't saved right away on startup. See #8 for details.

More cl -> cl-lib cleaning.

These changes help fix a compile issue I had with uptimes.el on one of my machines (but not the other -- still not sure what the difference was).

Small tweak to defcustom doc-strings, that admits that we're no longer in the 1990s.

Implements suggestion from #1 given by @purcell.

Implements various suggested changes made when submitting it for inclusion in melpa. This, hopefully, makes it look a little less like a body of elisp code that hasn't been touched in years.

Mostly just internal clean-ups. Nothing should appear different from the outside.
