What's Changed

This PR basically merges a "bunch" of work done in my private branch, by mistakes... etc.

The main thing is fixing

• Fixing clean installation for new ember projects, which should solve issues around ember 3.28.x installations, (our product had been stuck with it, so we were publishing versions where it lastly worked, at 6.x)... now it works, we can just keep publishing under 7.x+

BREAKING.

We stopped depending directly to @elastic/ui, instead we copied the css and icons to @ember-eui/core/vendor/**

This is to stop depending on react and more non ember related deps.

The only change you have to do is changing the path of the imported icons from /node_modules/@elastic/ui/** to /nodule_modules/@ember-eui/core/vendor
