This is a big bugfix release.

Changes:

  • Switched rendering to MatrixStack and RenderSystem
  • Improved glitches in the Atlas GUI
  • Improved textures for the end dimension and swamp biomes
  • Fixed a bug in resource reloading
  • Fixed a bug that the minimap can render blank

This release allows you to use AntiqueAtlas on Minecraft 1.16.2, 1.16.3, and 1.16.4

Notable changes:

  • This version of AntiqueAtlas contains many refactorings, so beware of dragons.
  • The overlay was reworked to function more like a vanilla map. Take the atlas into your hands and look down.
  • The Nether Fortresses are being tracked again
  • Some sound effects have been added for various actions, like adding and removing markers, opening a new atlas for the first time
  • The config system has been rework and all dependencies are shipped within the AntiqueAtlas jar

Fixes bug with markers being invisible.

The new logic for global markers works like this. If you turn off the autoVillageMarkers, you will not get any new village markers, but the old ones will remain until you log out, or until you delete them. If you turn autoVillageMarkers back on, village markers will be added again, next time you log in.

Many fixes to markers!

  • Automatic Village and Nether Portal markers can be optional in multiplayer.
  • Global markers are treated as local markers, and can be deleted.
  • Fix #242 automatic Village and Nether Portal markers endlessly multiplying.
  • Fix Atlas not working >32000 blocks away from spawn.
  • Fix crash #239 if marker label contains '%'
  • New ravine texture.
  • Updated item icons.
  • Possibly fix #226 where Windows alerts would randomly show up on game start.
  • Add helper methods to API, and more methods are public.
  • Link to exported image and error messages are printed to chat.
  • Overlay is hidden by default.

This release is a port of AntiqueAtlas to the fabric toolchain for Minecraft 1.14. It is an alpha version and not yet wholly done.

Known issues:

  • The overlay isn't ported yet
  • Biome detection isn't done yet
  • Config has to be done, once a config API raises from the ashes after beating every other API

Big thanks to @asiekierka for his initial push of the port.

  • While pressing the shift key in the atlas GUI, a click to "Add marker" will create a new

4.4.8 had a biomeid fix that was never actually merged.

I had an examplemod in my workspace. That's been fixed.
