New commands are added!

unmarshal: Implement proto.Unmarshal byte array through proto source file

New commands are added!

• find: Get key based on certain characters
• decode: decode the etcd value that is encoded

Improvements:

1. The etcd values are encoded for a better display
2. The output of look command can be used to the loki

Etcd Analysis Tool: Init version.
Four commands:

• distribute : get the etcd data-size distribute
• look : look all the etcd data info
• leader : get the leader node info
• clear : clear all etcd data
