ldhcpd should now hand out previously-allocated IPs if there is no outstanding lease for the IP to clobber it.
We now use https://github.com/insomniacslk/dhcp to serve and test DHCP. This library is a little easier to use and happens to be faster to boot.

ldhcpd 0.2.5 contains a LICENSE now; MIT! Please feel free to distribute and leverage the source code under the terms of this license.
