The key new feature in this release is that you can now create an Flickr album when uploading using --create-album (or --album if you want to be prompted). We also convert TIFFs to JPEGs before uploading to work around an Apple Photos issue in early Big Sur releases.

If the config value upload.set_date_posted is true, then Rodeo will now set the date posted on Flickr to the date that photo was taken, which will position it appropriately in the photo stream.

First release that's worth using!
