vsock - v1.0.0: stable!

This is the first stable release of package vsock, nearly 5 years in the making! The library has been rebased on my https://github.com/mdlayher/socket package which has been in use in my netlink library for some time. Thanks to everyone who has contributed and provided feedback on this library!

See the changelog at https://github.com/mdlayher/vsock/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#v100. Notably there is one breaking change due to the addition of *vsock.Config parameters for future expansion of options in v1.x.x. Apologies, but now was the right time!

I'll sweep through the open issues and PRs shortly and hopefully we can get some more things tidied up.
