Compatible with bthome-ble 3.9.3.

Compatible with bthome-ble v2.12.0. Adds timestamp, acceleration and gyroscope.

This release also adds support for the BTHome v2 encrypted format. The decryption of the ciphertext should be implemented as extra code. Look at the tests or the Python example code for a way to do this.
