Changes as follows:
- Added music
- Added new "locomotion controls" system (hold left grip + right grip)
- Grip controls now affect both movement and rotation of shapes
- Fixed a bug where multiple shapes could show up on the player's hand.
- Reworked tutorial to cover all the above & also explain the 2D game (simpler) before the 3D game.
- Removed credits from the welcome screen, and put them in an extra screen on the high scores table (less text on entry to the game).
