Since a lot of features have been added recently I figure it should be packaged into a "release"

Features:

• Ability to ignore layer starting with an "exclude string"
• Similar to the background feature, it is now possible to keep the highest layer on top of all other layer when exporting. (#108, #96, #42)
• Groups can now be exported as a single image/layer. (#79 #70 #69 #21 #108)
• Add Transparent padding pixels before export (#64)
• Scale image before export (#22)
