Sadly now have first dependency - smooth-scroll-into-view-if-needed.
This polyfill make life a little easier, no need to include polyfills, same consistent cross-browser behavior and possibility to customize transition/animation.

Version 2 is full rewrite of library, there is better architecture and less bugs, normal touch screen/touchpad support.
But it is not compatible with version 1.
