Users can enter symptom information for themselves and other family members Users can also enter movement information for family members, or assign device GPS to their own device Data, along with location is stored in cloud Health authorities can detect emerging clusters by area using data above Health authorities can then contact users to perform contact tracing Users would register with either a phone number or email address for contact purposes
Public would be able to view aggregate information by area (Not specific GPS) Public would receive updates and specific or general advice about emerging clusters
