This version includes all the features you need to block any number of distractions within YouTube.

What has changed?

It now not only blocks recommendations while watching a video keeping playlist visibility alive in case you would watch a video inside of a playlist but also:

• 🏠 Remove YouTube Feeds on the Home Page
  Clear out unnecessary content on your YouTube homepage by removing constant updates and recommendations. Maintain a clean and distraction-free environment for better focus.

• 🔥 Remove the Discovery Section
  Trending content can easily pull you away from your goals. YouRecoHide removes the discovery section, allowing you to avoid distractions and stay focused on what matters.

• 🔔 Control Subscriptions Visibility
  Decide whether or not to display videos from channels you’ve subscribed to. Use the toggle within the extension’s popup window to switch visibility on or off, with clear text indicating what’s changed.

• 🛡️ Smart Blocking for Trending Bypass Attempts
  For users who might be tempted to visit the trending section manually, YouRecoHide steps in. If you try to access the trending section via the URL, the extension smartly redirects you to your subscriptions, ensuring a focused experience.

This release is also made public inside the Chrome Web Store under the article of YouRecoHide release 28.09.2024.

This release contains the first fully functional version of this project, including a fancy user interface that only displays information about the extension.

What can it do?

• The playlist will still be displayed and not deleted.
