Navigate to your project directory in the terminal:

pip install -r requirements.txt
Make initial migrations for the Django project:

Start the Django development server:
python manage.py runserver
Open your web browser and go to http://127.0.0.1:8000/
or http://localhost:8000/
to see your Django project running locally.
