Added a new "minimal" footline style.

Added [totalframenumbering={yes,no}] option to toggle showing the total frame number.

Fixed noframenumbering key: a wrong check on not being on the title page (via the framenumber counter) prevented the frametitle to show in noframenumbering frames having framenumber equal to 0.
