Another small hotfix release dealing with what can now reasonably be called the autoLogin-fiasco. This fixes #1668: autoLogin settings from the configuration file were not honored, and Debian keymap was not written correctly for default pc105.

This tiny release fixes a regression caused by a mismatch between the users module and the displaymanager module, which prevented autologin (or autoLogin, or was it AutoLogin? -- that's the problem) from being configured.

Translations for keyboards and timezones have been improved, partition flags are preserved in the edit dialog (this is a long-standing problem with manual partitioning that was finally tracked down thanks to reports from IRC user Vinnie), and a variety of internal fixes and refactorings.

The latest KPMcore release, 4.2.0, was neglected in testing the last Calamares release. KPMcore 4.2.0 is strongly recommended (although on a live CD it doesn't matter that much) for general use, so here's a new Calamares release that is compatible.

Some quick improvements to swapfile support (fixing crashes reported on ArcoLinux), various small fixes, new Friulian translations and improved error reporting. Some features planned for 3.2.32 have been bumped to the next short-cycle release, expected in a week or two.

This release has a bunch of internal -- licensing, code style -- changes and no longer ships with compiled translations. The translations are compiled during the normal build process.

A handful of bugs have been fixed and new translations added. Timezone translations for Tajik and Russian have been added.
