In some ways, you could call this 3.2.28.4, except there's some important new functionality regarding progress reporting. One regression in user-group settings has been fixed (thanks to Asif for reporting it). Documentation on the module-weights features is in settings.conf. For heavy users of the debug-window and its job-queue view: that is broken just right now.

One more for good luck -- or for dealing with the poor release quality this time around. Calamares 3.2.28.3 repairs the user-password problem reported by Marco Obaid, and now results in a working system (at least after one test with KDE neon).

Missing integer initialization causes undefined behavior in C++; there is one such case in the partition layout code, which is why we have a hotfix release today. There's also some logging improvements, better Qt 5.15 compilation (fewer warnings) and new translations.

The signing key for this release has changed; it is a more recent GnuPG signing sub-key attached to my public key.
