New Features:

• partially embedding: see readme at first. new syntax is available as lang:path[start-end]. if you omit "start", embed from the first line and if you omit "end", embed to the last line.
• Integrate auto commit or add issue comment actions. extra action will not be required anymore
• Add silent mode. action do nothing when markdown is not modified by this, if you want
