This is the first release which includes the dependencies from wordpress-mobile/WordPress-FluxC-Android project. Here are a few highlights:

• All library dependencies in the version catalog will be added to the example project as a dependency
• Creating a new tag will upload a Gradle dependency cache to S3 which we can use to speed up dependency resolution in other projects
• Commits from open PRs, trunk and tags will trigger CI to publish the version catalog to our S3 Maven
• Creating a new tag will create a GitHub draft with the generated toml file attached as an asset
