This release contains the bare bones project for the upcoming blogging theme. It removes the theme's styles and functionality and keeps the SASS files in place.
This is useful as a starting point for your own projects.
To get the code, make sure you download the ip3-base.zip file above, not the source code, since otherwise you would be getting the files for the actual theme, not the boilerplate.
You can use the Asset Manager project to build the Sass assets.
