Installation
To get started with Gula DAO, follow these steps:

Install dependencies:
npm install -
Compile smart contracts:
npx hardhat compile -
Deploy smart contracts:
npx hardhat run scripts/deploy.js --network <network-name> -
Start the frontend application:
npm start

- Propose a project: Navigate to the "Proposals" section and fill out the project proposal form.
