Made vital changes to the Load_DiscMini function.

• Optimized the load_OPCN3_PM function
• Added the Load_OPCN3_Bin function, with correct conversion from counts to cm-3

1. Added function to combine NS+OS
2. Optimized PSD_plot function to allow datasets with different sizebins
3. Added function to load OPC data either as PSD or PM data
4. Added a function to do a rolling_mean in order to remove spikes in data

Corrected the collection efficiency calculations for the Partector, as they did not match experimental data from the paper.

v.1.0.8 did not get published on PyPi as I forgot to change the version number in the .toml file

Added MPS and Partector Collection efficiency functions

Added some functions that Patrick included:

• calculate_average (average from a dataset within a specified timespan)
• Plot_PSD_different_instruments (enables the plotting of PSD from instruments with different bin mids)
• Load_FMPS_1 (function to load FMPS data with a different format)
• Get_Start_Day (function to get the starting day from a FMPS file)
• load_data_from_folder (Generic function to load all data files from a folder with a specified load function. It can also filter files based on extension)
• Get_Bin_Mids (calculate bin mids from bin edges

Made changes to the .toml file as uploading to Pypi failed on previous test
