Migrated custom menu to Obsidian API menu

Added accommodation for live preview mode and added style demos in settings tab

Updated logic to cursor repositioning

• Added command to remove highlight (<mark>)
• Updated undo highlight functionality
• Creating empty highlight now adds space at the end
