openlayers-indoorequal

This release includes some dependencies update and allow the use of OpenLayers 9.

This release remove a deprecated option with OL 8.

The browser version include openlayers. This created some incompatibilities.

The default sprite has been updated to match the upcoming release of indoorequal.

This release add the heatmap layer.

• the levels are now refreshed when the map is panned
• the level displayed is set to 0 it it's no more available in the current list of levels
• the min width of the buttons in the control has been set

The default style now has a sprite, and a few fixes on the text.

• an umd output for the browser is now available
• the default style for columns has been fixed

This release introduce a default style of indoor= layers.

This is the initial release of openlayers-indoorequal.
