bitbout

This release doesn't change bitbout itself, but adds a postpublish hook which will automate the creation of the releases for each supported platform -- itch.io, Mac, Windows, and Linux. (Since I'm the only one that can npm publish updates to bitbout, this change should not concern you.)

• Allow disconnecting/reconnecting gamepads after game has loaded
• Gamepad start button now changes maps

Updates to latest chiptune2.js, which allows passing an audio context to each new player instance. Removes prior workaround.
