BiWeb
BiWeb is a framwork designed facilitate the analysis of bipartite (two-mode) ecological networks. It is currently implemented in two languages:

biweb-py, written in Python -
biweb-ml, written in MatLab
The details of the implementations vary across languages, but the two version provide the same set of core features, with a very similar syntax.
