This version adds a test suite and improvements to the upload and config mechanisms, as well as several more performance and feature improvements.

This is the latest version of Goosepaper before I turn it into a proper Python module and give it user-configurable settings. Unless you already have something running nightly on this version of Goosepaper, I don't recommend using this. The next release will be more stable, more powerful, more configurable, and cuter.
