Bugfixes for better stability and introduces a few minor features.
Importantly, nvidia-ml-py version requirement is relaxed to be compatible with modern NVIDIA GPUs.
Note: Python minimum version is raised to 3.6+ (compatible with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS).

is no more a zero-dependency script and now depends on some packages. Please install using pip.
