Big update for the simulator !

This version features:

• Two new tracks: Warren track and Mini Monaco.
• Creation of a private API (see the doc here).
• Added "Race cameras", some third person cameras created at runtime. There might be some unexpected behavior with those.
• Added some race challenges: random tree/object scattering

back to basics

This version features fully automated race flow driven by a config file. Qualifying, Stage 1 heats, and Stage 2 ladder managed for you. Needs at least 3 competitors to connect and stay connected the whole race.

Contains new Mountain Track to be used in the upcoming May 23 event.

The release restructures the Unity sim as the server and each driver as a client. That makes it lot more natural to host multiple clients. Split screen of two cars is supported. There is a new config api to set car graphics and to set camera and render details.

The previous mac sim was built on os 10.10 and should work better for older macs. This new one should work better w latest os.
