Fixed bug with saving Flatpak apps data during periodic saving

This release is related to the native version and brings these changes:

• fixed failed loading of translation files during saving, importing and syncing configuration
• improved updating to the newer versions

Fixed a bug with slow launching of the app, updated translations, added support for Snap (but it is not yet available), and added support for saving the Nautilus scripts

Fixed these bugs:
• if you have selected manually synchronization and click on Sync button in the menu in the headerbar, instead of the application no longer getting stuck, it shows the notification "Please wait ..."
• if you close the application window, it no longer "bites"
• fixed daily synchronization and saving where periodic saving did not work correctly
• if changes between synced computers are small, the configuration is no longer broken on the second computer

Updated translations and added support for localization SaveDesktop Github wiki. It is possible to translate the wiki using Weblate.

Updated translations and fixed bugs with the starting server for sharing configuration with other computers (removed requirement on non-empty URL entry)
