Portfolio-tracker

Fix the bug showing only one stock_id for different portfolios.
Add bullet gem and configure it.
Add the day_gain variable to refactoring the code in_portfolio partial.

This is the first pre-release, beta testing for the application, deployment, and first phase functionalities.
