- Add feature to extract POM from 'local-grid-hub' JAR

In this release, I implemented a new feature "install" feature to local-grid-hub. Running the JAR activates code that extracts the project POM file from the JAR, writing it to the active directory:
java -jar local-grid-hub-1.1.0.jar
local-grid-parent
