I'm preparing to fix some old issues, and figured it would be a good time to make a release before doing so. There aren't many major fixes in this release, but there are a few minor fixes.

This is the first release of shUnit2 since 2011. This release brings several enhancements, such as colorized output, and some minor bug fixes.
This is is also the first release since moving to GitHub, which brought with it the ability to have continuous integration testing for both Linux and macOS.
