This Version has some of the changes and bugfixes done for the android app put back into it.

This is the last release before I start with the app development proper. All Libraries have been converted to Portable Code, NCalc2 replaces XCalc and everything has been restructured that all Windows Forms specific code is in their own packages.
Features have been extended to allow for all so far released Unearted Arcana content (not included however, since the legality of that content is unclear), even Prestige Classes.
There is now a spellbook in the pdf version, the journal has been updated to include Downtime and Renown, and an Adventure Log Sheet (from the adventure league) can be included in the PDF.
Sourcebooks can be selected and excluded (saved per character) and errors are logged into an error window instead of crashing the builder.
Plugins for Houserules have been enabled and follow the IPlugin Interface. Two are included: Spellpoints instead of Spellslots and Skill Proficiencies (DMG) instead of Language Proficiencies (Plane Shift Inistrad). Others like the vitality system can be done as Boons instead.
