• Fixed compression failure message saying that it was decompression which had failed.
• Made the error messages hint at what the problem with the input data could be.

• When using accurate compression, the junk byte that would occasionally appear at the end of compressed data is now properly recreated.
• An inaccuracy which would rarely cause XOR mode to be mistakenly enabled has been fixed.
• Compress and decompression libraries can be linked from C++ code.

First version. Can compress files identically to Sega's compressor.
