Usage Instructions
Before getting into the usage instructions for your respective web browser, first clone this repository or download it as a ZIP file and extract it.
Mozilla Firefox:
- Visit
about:debuggingin your browser, - Click on This Firefox (i.e.
about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox), - Click on Load Temporary Add-on, and then navigate to the folder where you have stored bytads,
- Now, select the
manifest.jsonfile.
Google Chrome or other Chromium-based browsers:
- Visit
chrome://extensions/in your browser, and make sure that the Developer mode is enabled, - Click on Load unpacked, and then navigate to the folder where you have stored bytads,
- Now, select this folder.
Now, the extension is installed, and you are ready to start browsing YouTube.
